I provide personalized support under WorkCover, TAC, and NDIS to aid rehabilitation and independence.

Supervision

I am a board approved supervisor and provide supervision for early career Psychologists

ABOUT ME

My Journey in Psychology

I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience and a board approved supervisor. I have always been curious about people: the way we feel, communicate and think. This curiosity along with empathy and a non judgmental stance for others led me to pursue a career in Psychology. 

Over the years I have had the opportunity to work in adult mental health public settings and private practice. This has helped me with a well rounded experience to provide evidence based, compassionate focussed care. I am mindful of cultural beliefs and practices and ensure our work together honours who you are and the context of your life

Therapy Tailored to You

I believe therapy should be a safe, collaborative space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and empowered. My approach is warm and compassionate, rooted in respect for each person’s unique story and journey. I take the time to understand your individual needs, strengths, and challenges, ensuring that therapy is tailored specifically for you.

Drawing on a range of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Schema Therapy, and mindfulness practices, I create a holistic approach that considers both mind and body. I believe that mental health is deeply connected to our physical wellbeing and the way we engage with the world around us.
