Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

ACT is a evidence-based therapy that helps you live a more meaningful, values-driven life.

We focus less on “fixing” and more on understanding, accepting, and moving forward. It’s an active, collaborative process — one that encourages growth, courage, and clarity, even in the face of discomfort.

Schema Therapy

Schema Therapy helps people understand and change deep, long-standing patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving — known as “schemas” — that often start in childhood and affect relationships, self-esteem, and emotions in adulthood. These patterns can lead to anxiety, depression, or difficulty coping with everyday life.

Targets deep-rooted patterns and beliefs that may be holding you back, promoting healthier ways of thinking and relating.

Neurodivergent Affirming practice

My practice is grounded in neuro affirming principles, and I am continually learning from neurodivergent voices, research, and communities. I aim to provide a safe and supportive environment where clients feel seen, respected, and empowered.

We celebrate neurodiversity by honoring unique minds, embracing different ways of thinking and learning. Our support uplifts—not fixes or normalizes.
